  • Good gas milage, dirt cheap

    got it for less than 22k out of the door, first tank of gas give me 57MPG, city drive is about 53 MPG, but highway drive is where it shines, 64MPG!! my aging 2010 prius is getting me 45MPG over all, can't believe the corolla improved that much gas mileage. TNGA platform feel pretty solid, but that's pretty much about it, it's not a fast car, not a very exciting car, turning is much improved, but nothing to celebrate about. the list of standard feature is amazing, especially the safety features. carplay is standard, which is quite good since if you go with Honda insight, only the EX and up will get you car play. the head unit even have built in 4G, but 2G of data is...meh, I wish they give you a place you can insert your own sim card so I can get more data out of my own data plan instead of subscribing to their data plan. audio is rather horrible, the sound quality of the head unit is worse than average econ box, and you can't change it as it's so integrated with the car. seating space is looong, I am 6 foot tall, yet sitting in driver seat I can still push back about at least 8 more inches, if i put the seat all the way back I actually have difficulty controlling the steering wheel. it's a small car that love tall drivers. overall, the value the MPG is the main selling point, if you want a car that is safe, inexpensive to buy and operate, and burn very few gas, that's the right car for you. it's a very wallet friendly car, not to mention toyota reliability.

    So far so good. Love the new tablet like display. Great gas mileage. Seats are comfy and not hard. The space is a bit smaller than previous models and so is the cargo area but not a deal breaker. The safety system is good and comes standard. Has much better power than the 1.8 liter. Overall great car especially without having to spend thousands more for the same technology. CVT seems to be much improved over the 2014-2015 models
